This exclusive historic property is the ideal setting to create memories lasting a lifetime.
Built to resemble the original rural schoolhouse which was lost to fire in 2004, this up to date building overlooks the scenic Swauk Prairie and is easily accessible off Highway 970, at 1361 Ballard Hill Road, only 10 miles from Cle Elum and 20 miles from Ellensburg.
“The Swauk-Teanaway Grange Hall was a wonderful place to have our ceremony. We loved the scenic backdrops! The building made for a great photo shoot area too. The rugged beauty of the Teanaway Valley makes this a very romantic spot for a wedding. We would definitely choose it again!” Anjuli Jacqueline
“We had such a wonderful Celebration of Life on Saturday. We packed the place right up, the weather was perfect, and we had so many friends comment on what a beautiful location it was, totally fitting for my dad. It was the perfect send-off for him. Thank you again for your kind generosity with your fabulous grange. It’s not something we will soon forget…” Sue Sayegh
July 19, 2010 – “When Gene and I attended the Hunter’s Breakfast at Teanaway Grange last year, we knew immediately we wanted to come back. The great food. The great service. The friendly folks. And, of course, the charm of the building convinced us that we needed to plan an event at your facility. We decided then and there (along with our car-club friends who were with us) that we would hold our 2010 antique car tour in the Cle Elum area so we would have a really good reason to book the Grange. Our dinner last Thursday was wonderful! Everyone was impressed with the delicious food (the best lasagna ever!), the efficiency and friendliness of your staff, and the attractiveness of the building and the table setting. The event set the happy tone for our entire tour. Thanks so much for organizing this function for us. And please thank your superb staff for their hard work. Everything came off without a hitch! Thanks, too, for recommending The Tribuettes. Boy, were you right about them! They charmed the socks off of everyone. We look forward to seeing you at this year’s Hunter’s breakfast. In the meantime, have a lovely summer. Sincerely,” Rosalee Lander, Tour Coordinator, Sea-Tac Horseless Carriage Club of America.
