(Click preview for larger image.) The Barn Quilt on our Swauk Teanaway Grange #984 is a testament to the early 1900's when it was the Ballard Hill School. The original structure burned to the ground in 2004 but we rebuilt to look like the one-room school house built in 1904. The Barn Quilt was painted by our members and installed in 2013 by the wonderful people at Inland Net. Photographer Phil Klucking captures the Grange and the original school bell which was damaged in the fire but stands proudly on the stone pedestal built by Peter Zencak in 2012 for his Eagle Scout project.
